Volt is immediately hiring an Engineering Drafter in San Antonio, TX with a well-known industry leader.

This is a first shift position.
As an Engineering Drafter you will:

Update the title block of engineering drawings to support rebranding efforts
Support the release of updated drawings in the company's product lifecycle management system
Support the Product Engineering team with drawing updates as needed
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of our technical plans with regulations and quality standards

Estimated Duration up to 24 mths

The ideal candidate will have:

Proficiency with 3D solid modeling tools
Strong attention to detail which allows for assignments to be completed with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) and systems proficiency

Preferred Skills:

1-2 years of related job experience working with 3D solid modeling
Experience with Pro/Engineer (Creo), AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Siemens NX
Demonstrated use of advanced project management techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives across working teams.

Pay Rate: $22.90 per hour
