About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Enablement & Procurement Excellence Manager to join our team on a Full Time, Permanent basis!
Reporting to the Head of Source to Pay Excellence, the Digital Enablement & Procurement Excellence Manager is responsible, from a Procurement perspective, for ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes focusing from the point of Award to PO creation in order to streamline overall Procurement activities and ensure a close working relationship with our partners in Enterprise Business Services (EBS) who also own the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and relevant digital tools as well as Legal who facilitates Procurement's commercial enablement to the business. This is a global role and will have 5 direct reports spanning across the US & UK plus offshore contractors.

What You'll Do
You will own the performance and drive the standardization and continuous improvement for existing and new Procurement processes with a focus on Award to PO creation. You will also drive the implementation and continual improvement of processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end source-to-pay business outcomes. You will proactively identify and bring creative and innovative ideas to the forefront to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and/or costs/change management to the Procurement function, including overseeing the procurement helpdesk capabilities.
Ensure appropriate process controls are established and in place, are in-line with best-practice, and are adopted and adhered to at both a regional and global level.
Refinement and implementation of the Procurement digital strategy, working with other tower leads (Risk, Strategic Supplier Engagement, etc.) and EBS to optimize existing technology and implementing new system technology that supports our strategic priorities and drives value for the business.
Accountable for tools supporting all Procurement teams globally. Actively advocate improvements, new technology and align with stakeholders across the procurement function for implementation projects, plan, lead and control implementation and adherence.
Represent Procurement from a technology best practice perspective, influencing the evolution of procurement systems and ensuring successful implementation of core change programs.
Partner with and manage day-to-day working relationship with EBS to ensure right level of services for transactional procurement operations to improve cycle time and compliance by changing the ways of working in Procurement (e.g. improved buying channels & taxonomy).
Partner with and manage day-to-day working relationship with Legal to ensure efficient and effective contract lifecycle management and adherence to regulations to enable Procurement capability and improve cycle times by changing the ways of working in Procurement (e.g. digital/AI redlining).
Overall ownership of the implementation and ongoing ownership of a service desk capability for Procurement. Including alignment with EBS, technology support and ensuring that queries and end-user support are met efficiently.
Proactively build relationships with customers and end-users to support and champion them in their understanding of all core Award to PO creation procurement processes. Collaborate with colleagues, customers and end-users to identify where current processes are inefficient / flawed and assess and implement solutions as required.
Conduct metric analysis to ensure effective service delivery to external vendors and internal stakeholders, including monitoring the effectiveness of procurement processes - inputting into the creation of relevant KPIs relating to process performance and tracking the performance of the process through data management, benchmarking and monitoring.
What You'll Need
- Strong knowledge of 'procure to pay' systems, operations and process
- Knowledge of 'source to contract' lifecycle and digital procurement technology. Be results-oriented, with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and lead a team to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to interact credibly and genuinely with stakeholders and process end-users and stipulate process excellence & performance from other teams.
- Strong process mapping, process engineering, process excellence knowledge. Process improvement experience; proven track record of delivering process improvements and standardization.
- The ability to identify complex problems and challenges, analyze the root cause and identify, test and implement appropriate solutions through utilization of advanced problem solving and lean skills.
- Familiarity with spend category management, vendor rationalization, and spend analytics. Project Management experience.
- Experience of leading change.
- Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.

Additional Information
This role is offered on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.
We are also offering hybrid / flexible working where travel to the office will be as per business need.
It is anticipated that some international business travel may be required as part of this role.

Salary
$137,000-$161,000
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
