You will join the Data science platforms team in our Chief Technology Office(CTO) Division and would play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI/ML technology landscape. Reporting to the Associate Director, this position is responsible for contributing to the company's top initiatives to leverage and productionalize AI/ML at scale . The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for AI/ML and a readiness to learn and experiment with emerging advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities
Model Development:Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models.
MLOps Implementation:Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning and monitoring.
Capability Evaluation:Assess new data science platform capabilities for enterprise readiness.
Data Exploration:Conduct data exploration and perform feature engineering.
Analytics Delivery:Lead data-analytics project delivery, navigating multi-team complexities and working in a agile centric fashion .
Stakeholder Engagement:Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with geographically diverse teams to gather business requirements.
Qualifications
Education:High School Diploma required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years in data science, focusing on MLOps and model deployment.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python or R and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Working experience on Data science platforms like databricks, Dataiku or any similar platforms
Working experience of data processing and engineering for machine learning.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Knowledge of AWS services
Familiarity with concepts of MLOps like MLflow.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$101,100.00 - $159,100.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
