Job Description
The Customer Service Management (CSM) team has responsibility to drive, manage and implement remote two-way customer service engagements. The CSM team manages customer, consumer and employee service interactions across communication channels such as digital, social, chat, phone and mail for all our Company products/vaccines and company information requests. The CSM team also serves as the designated point of contact for the intake of adverse events, and product quality complaints for the U.S. market.
The Customer Service Representative position is a customer facing role which has primary responsibility for the resolution of inquiries to the Promotional Contact Center from Consumers and Healthcare Professionals. The Promotional Contact Center manages inquiries from all our Company's advertising where an 800# is provided (e.g. Direct to Consumer advertising). This center also provides technical/Q&A support for our Company's Portal and Clinical Trials. The Customer Service Representative will also manage calls to our Company's Switchboard.
Primary Activities:
Resolve questions and concerns effectively and efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly, and assuring understanding of the question/issue. Respond to Promotional Contact Center calls leveraging scripts
Provide support for our Company's Portal and Clinical Trial inquiries using approved response documents
Direct Switchboard calls to the appropriate our Company's employee phone number
Document interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken, to include intake of Adverse Events
Manage fulfillment of outgoing letters and Product Quality Complaint product retrievals
Education Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience and Skills:
Customer service/ experience or aptitude
Strong communication; written & verbal
Customer centric focus
Attention to detail
Good typing/computer skills
Must pass certification upon the completion of training to demonstrate proficiency in role
Ability to work 10 am - 6 pm, CST Monday - Friday shift
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Customer Care/Service Experience
Knowledge of medical terminology

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
