Schneider is seeking a Customer Support Intern in Green Bay to provide support to Schneider's Intermodal division. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for the successful execution and completion of customer orders.

Responsibilities:

Use a variety of technology and programs to complete tasks.
Create and accept customer orders.
Schedule appointments for orders.
Create documentation throughout the order creation process.
Work closely with customer service teammates and leaders.
Solve issues for customers.
