Pay Range: $50/hr. - $53/hr.

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient workflows within the Claims Department.
• Analyze existing claim processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization through digital transactions.
• Contribute to the development and testing of new digital transaction functionalities within the claims workflow.
• Gather and document business requirements related to claim processing and workflow improvements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
• Ensure that implemented workflows align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing claim processing workflows.

Must Have:

• A minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst at the mid-level.
• Proven expertise in Pega platform and its associated methodologies is essential.
• Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile frameworks is a mandatory requirement.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools is essential for effective collaboration and tracking.
