Casper Country Club is a private club in Casper, Wyoming. The Assistant Superintendent will work alongside the Superintendent in the day to day management of the golf course and staff. Top candidates will have strong organizational skills and perform chemical and fertilizer applications as needed. Requirements 

• 2-4 year degree in Turfgrass Management preferred but not required
• 2-3 years of previous golf course maintenance experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff to complete daily tasks and projects
• Ability to operate all golf course maintenance equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair all aspects of the irrigation system
• Perform chemical and fertilizer applications and maintain accurate records
• Monitor moisture and handwater as necessary. Assist in scheduling nightly watering cycles
• Assist in hiring and training of seasonal staff
• Snow removal during the winter months
