Where will you work: Onsite at Lithia, FL

We’re seeking an Asset Governance Business Partner Lead to join our team! In this role, you’ll analyze financial and equipment data to provide strategic insights into asset life cycle performance. You’ll validate asset performance and ensure our asset strategy management system is effectively applied. This includes determining the necessary maintenance to optimize asset function and benchmarking across the enterprise. Your data analysis will guide the Asset Governance team, ensuring resources are allocated to high-priority opportunities and establishing risk mitigation measures to reduce operational variability.

What will you do?

• Provide guidance across operations and support functions on key performance indicators of asset financial performance and risk profiles.
• Offer creative solutions to optimize financial expenditures and improve risk reduction.
• Create and analyze asset financial performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of asset management strategies.
• Collaborate with team members, capital partners, and operations on 5-year capital planning and annual capital allocation efforts.
• Create and maintain a project priority backlog for Asset Governance.
• Maintain the budget for the Technical Services Organization.
• Perform other job duties and projects as assigned.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Or 10+ years of related financial/business experience in lieu of education.
• 7+ years in finance or business with experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
