Strategy Realization Undergraduate Intern
Our Human Health Division maintains a "patient first, profits later" ideology. The organization is comprised of sales, marketing, market access, digital analytics and commercial professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing our medicines to our customers worldwide. Within our commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to serve in the role of Human Health Digital, Data, & Analytica (HHDDA) Strategy Realization undergraduate intern.
This role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Strategy Realization capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with company partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency and governance in our ways of working. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, has advanced MS Office skills, and experience storytelling.
Responsibilities:
Craft strategic narratives and value storytelling for the Strategy Realization team
Collaborate with technical partners to oversee customized PowerApps solutions (e.g., PowerProject, PowerBI), implementing data visualization needs to tell a concise story
Create deliverables (PowerPoint decks and other documents) for the Strategy Realization team
Execute on projects and ongoing assignments for the Strategy Realization team
Lead strategic initiatives for the Human Health organization
Education Minimum Requirements:
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in an accredited University with a focus on Business, Communications, Marketing, Science, Corporate Communications
Experience And Skills:
Candidates must be available to work full-time, on-site (hybrid if applicable), for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June of 2025
Exceptional Storytelling Skills
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
Ability to absorb ambiguity and act in situations where every detail is not defined
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively influence leaders and peers within the organization
Ability to provide executive level communications and updates
Strong business acumen and application of company priorities
Experience creating visualizations using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) viewed as a plus
Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
